Spirituality isn’t just about religion—it’s about connection to purpose, inner peace, and something greater than ourselves. It may be found through meditation, prayer, time in nature, or acts of service. Spiritual wellness invites us to live with depth, curiosity, and compassion.

Human beings are wired for connection. Whether through friendships, family, or community, healthy relationships foster joy and resilience. Social wellness involves mutual support, empathy, and meaningful connection, as well as the courage to seek new relationships that stretch and enrich us.

Our surroundings and daily work life shape our health more than we realize. From air quality to noise levels, job satisfaction to boundaries between work and home—this pillar reminds us to create environments that promote well-being and pursue work that aligns with our values.
